Review text and business information may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) for response generation. This data is used solely for generating responses and is not stored by AI providers beyond the processing period. We recommend not including personally identifiable information of your customers in review data beyond what is publicly available.
Your data is stored securely. In the current version, data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not transmit your data to external servers except for AI response generation and payment processing.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (AI providers, payment processors) under strict data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. To request complete data deletion, contact us at privacy@reviewai.app.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
